Restoring Values
Introduction
Several moral issues in the country are linked to poverty, limited moral education and training, weak systems of discipline, unethical behavior, and the failure of some institutions to consistently teach and model good moral character, particularly among children.
Two urgent concerns are the continuing problem of corruption in government and the use of prohibited drugs. These issues highlight the need to strengthen integrity, character, accountability, discipline, and values formation across all sectors of society.
Filipinos of all ages and all sectors of society are encouraged to actively participate in the national campaign for moral recovery.

Conduct nationwide moral-recovery activities for government officials and employees, non-government organizations, civil-society groups, and communities.

Advocate for the institutionalization and strengthening of Good Manners and Right Conduct education in the school curriculum.

Leadership Collaboration
Collaborate with national and local leaders, government institutions, faith-based organizations, and partner groups to accelerate the implementation of moral recovery initiatives.
